About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategist to design and execute customised ABM campaigns for our clients and Frontline Guru. Your primary goal will be to create and implement personalised ABM strategies that nurture relationships and enhance engagement within key accounts. What You’ll Be Doing
In a dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with our marketing teams and clients' sales teams:
- Develop and implement tailored ABM strategies for our clients.
- Manage client communications and relationships.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing objectives.
- Analyse account performance and account intelligence data to refine strategies and improve targeting and engagement.
- Create innovative content and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition to stakeholders at various levels.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of ABM techniques and tools to ensure optimal results.
- Ongoing management of project timelines.
- Documenting processes and sharing how we do things.
- General administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing or a similar role, with a deep understanding of ABM strategies and B2B marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data to inform marketing initiatives.
- A creative mindset combined with excellent project management abilities to execute campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for crafting persuasive marketing materials and engaging clients.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot and B2B marketing technology tools such as 6sense or apollo.io to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working seamlessly within a team to achieve shared client goals.
Bonus Skills We’d Love to See:
- Experience in PPC, planning, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- A keen eye for design, with the ability to contribute creatively when needed (using tools like Figma, Adobe, or Canva).
- A background in sales or customer relationship management.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
