About the Role  

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and schedule consistent content across various social media platforms for our clients and Frontline Guru. This role requires a passion for crafting engaging content and nurturing brand communities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of social media platforms, market trends, and industry best practices.  

What We're Seeking  

  • Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing.  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and their application in both inbound and outbound communications.  
  • A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and communication, with a desire to elevate the digital presence of international tech brands.  
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a high level of proficiency in English.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
  • A self-starter who is comfortable establishing workflows and tackling diverse tasks.  
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.  

Your Responsibilities  

You will collaborate closely with our Account-Based Experience team and content team to enhance and develop creative concepts, delivering optimal content solutions. Adaptability in style is essential, as you will work across various brands. Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Managing and publishing content on behalf of our clients.  
  • Collaborating with the design team to bring your social media content ideas to life.  
  • Overseeing day-to-day social media and thought leadership management, including commenting, following, and engaging with users.  
  • Maintaining an editorial calendar to proactively produce relevant content for client social channels.  
  • Identifying new social partnership opportunities.  
  • Monitoring online content performance and optimising it for increased engagement and interaction.  
  • Analysing consumer online behaviour to derive insights that inform digital strategies.  

Bonus Skills We’d Love to See:  

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing
  • Experience in PPC, planning, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.  
  • A keen eye for design, with the ability to contribute creatively when needed (using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or related field.
